AIMST University (Asian Institute of Medicine, Science and Technology) is a premier private university in Malaysia, established in 2001 by the Maju Institute of Education Development (MIED), an educational arm of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC). It was founded with a mission to provide affordable, high-quality tertiary education in medicine, science, technology, and other professional disciplines to both Malaysian and international students.
The university officially commenced operations on its modern campus located in Semeling, Kedah in 2007.
